....though i gave up at 7k, i was happy to have had the discipline to drag my butt off the bed and hit the pavement. thanks to cali and alex for bearing with my slow pace. it was great to be at the fort again, see new roads and sights, and sweat like hell!!! (special mention to how i turned beet red from the heat and practically collapsed from what felt like lack of oxygen in my brain).
Sunday climb!
....slash sunbathing, slash filmmaking! it was miel's first attempt to shoot a climbing a video, with alex (espina) as the "talent". naks. got entertained with dennis' youngest, rain, who verbally abused me all the way ("I SAID, MOVE BACKWORDS, YOU IDIOT!!!!") buti na lang nakatapos ako ng 2 boulder problems at nakakuha ng tan to make up for it. ;-)
Monday vote!
......yes, i exercised my right to vote! 2.75 hours in line, but i just can't get myself to complain because i know how much worse the other polling precincts are. other than the stinky creek, over-talkative fellow voter, and a slightly strained lower back (maybe there's something wrong with my posture), i survived the line and even finished the book i was reading. cheers to a morning of accomplishments!
now it's time for those smartmatic machines to do THEIR work!!!!!
